High thermal efficiency - energy-saving

The Fushide boiler adopts a vertical fire tube chamber combustion two return structure, and the furnace body adopts a large furnace design, with a wide furnace and sufficient smoke tubes, effectively increasing the radiation heating surface and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler;
Spiral guide vanes are arranged inside the furnace flue tube, which increases the flue gas flow, prolongs the heat exchange time, and effectively improves the thermal efficiency;
Reasonable airflow design, uniform temperature field inside the furnace, and effective absorption of flame heat, effectively suppressing the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx), coupled with reliable imported burners, ensure full combustion of fuel;
After utilizing energy-saving technology, the average thermal efficiency of the Fushide steam boiler series is over 96%, and the exhaust temperature is below 100 ℃;

Technology - Environmental Protection
The Fushide boiler is equipped with burners with high combustion efficiency. Through ultra-low nitrogen burners and emission reduction technology, Fushide's boiler nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions can meet environmental requirements, with NOx emissions ≤ 30mg/m ³;
The design of a large furnace is beneficial for the full combustion of fuel and the reduction of furnace heat load, thereby effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Intelligence - Control
The boiler is equipped with an automation control system, using a PLC programmable controller+touch screen control method. In response to the trend of digitalization and intelligence, our company's self-developed controller has the advantages of intuitive operation and strong scalability. The operating pressure of the boiler can be set according to the needs, and this system can be digitally set and automatically adjusted;
Manual/automatic integrated switches have been set up for water treatment, circulating water pumps, and boiler feedwater pumps, and small/large fire integrated switches have been set up for the combustion engine for easy maintenance;
PLC programmable controller+module+supporting instruments, expandable variable frequency control, climate compensation, multi boiler linkage control, centralized control, remote control, etc;

Convenience - Design
The front of the boiler is equipped with a fire observation hole for accurate observation of flame combustion, while the upper part of the back is equipped with a manhole and the lower part of the back is equipped with a hand hole for easy maintenance and inspection operations;

Boiler system
The fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boiler (vertical) adopts a wet back fire tube chamber combustion structure. We have effectively solved the problems of enhanced heat transfer, heat loss, adaptability to load changes, reasonable sealing and structural expansion and contraction of the boiler. The fuel burns under slight positive pressure in the furnace chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat transfer along the furnace chamber. It then turns 180 ° backwards to the top of the furnace chamber and flows back downwards in the large space furnace chamber for radiation heat transfer. It enters the threaded smoke tube bundle for convective heat transfer, and then enters the smoke chamber, where it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, a long operating cycle, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation. Equipped with imported burners and boilers, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.

Boiler structural characteristics
1) Adopting a vertical fire tube chamber combustion two return structure, the heat transfer area is sufficient, the heat transfer effect is good, and the product output is guaranteed.
2) The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device, and the lower part is equipped with a handhole for easy maintenance and upkeep.
3) This boiler uses centrifugal glass wool as insulation material, which has good insulation performance, light weight, and easy transportation and installation.
4) Equipped with imported burners and boilers, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.
5) Automatic control: Pressure control, water level display, water level control, and temperature control are all program controlled. Digital temperature display and control ensure safe operation of the boiler, making it easier to use, operate, and maintain.
6) The strength calculation of the main pressure bearing components of this boiler conforms to the specifications to ensure user safety.
7) The manufacturing of this series of boilers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of JB/T1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Shell Boiler Bodies", fully complying with national standards.

Electrical control
This series of boilers adopts a PLC automatic control system. The control system uses PLC as the control and data acquisition core, inputting the overpressure protection signal of the pressure controller, the water level control detection signal of the water level sensor, the extremely low water level detection electrode signal, the ultra-high water level detection electrode signal, the motor protection detection signal of the feedwater pump, and the various signals and overpressure protection signals of the pressure transmitter controlling the burner, making it rich in artificial intelligence and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
